The church was built in 1817 and painted in the same year. External painting is found only on the porch. The church have a crossed clubs shape with a porch with columns and arcades located in the brace, bell tower and another tower on the left for ladders. The church inscription read: "With the help of God and Saviour Jesus Christ and the Holy Triptych it was done to beautify this sacred church, with trouble and expense of the gentlemen Nicholas, George Barbu, John Mosque. The patrons were Saints Constantin and Helen and the patron Archangel Michael and Gabriel in the days of the enlightened Prince George Caragea (1817 = 7237).
